We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to bridge the gap between problem diagnosis and repair efficiency. Use your years of "seen-it-all" experience to oversee our daily operations and lead a team that values precision.

Requirements

Ability to diagnose the most common repairs in residential housing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Management, Construction, or a similar field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
Experience with Appfolio, or another similar property management software, is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and lead a team.
Diagnose maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Evaluate vendor quality and coordinate with hiring staff when a new vendor is needed.
Follow up on assigned work orders that are approved, estimated, or pending an estimate.
Evaluate work order photos or issues that are brought to their attention by a member of the team, follow up to elevate customer satisfaction, and maintain quality.
Identify key issues or inefficiencies for personnel training.
Monitor employee compliance with operational standards.
Remind maintenance staff regarding professionalism, quality, and reliability.
Direct technicians on the best and most efficient way to do the repair.
Direct technicians on the most efficient way to complete a work order.
Evaluate vendors and the quality of work performed.
