Residential Loan Processor - North Port office
About The Position
Crews Bank & Trust is looking to add a Residential Loan Processor to the Loan Processing team located at the North Port office. Are you detail oriented? Do you have strong organization skills? Enjoying working as a part of a team to meet customers needs? We would love to hear more about you. The Residential Loan Processor works to provide assistance to the Residential Lenders in processing mortgage loan applications and initial disclosures; gathers documentation and prepares closing package. Works with third party providers to order flood certifications, title work, appraisals, insurance and surveys.
Requirements
- Desire and willingness to work in a flexible and team-oriented work environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient and strong computer skills
- Good organizational skills with detail and accuracy oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines timely
- Must be a team player; dependable, flexible, and professional
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in Mortgage Processing experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior general banking knowledge, a plus
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and UCC procedures preferred
