Serve as a facilitator by promoting interactions that educate and support establishing peace in on-campus housing through Residential Living. Requirements

  • Must be able to live in single on-campus housing.
  • English Proficient.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite.

  • At least a two-semester commitment to this position within Student Living.

Responsibilities

  • Serve and collaborate as a member of the Residential Living Council to develop content, materials and events to support Residential Living.
  • Educate students, staff and ecclesiastical members about the Principles of Residential Living.
  • Be both self-directed in independent projects and able to work collaboratively with partners/groups.
  • Positively interact with diverse populations and participate in intentional engagement with student residents.
  • Be sensitive to and respect confidential concerns.
  • Be familiar with and able to refer students, when necessary, to appropriate resources and services.
  • Be professional in appearance and interactions.
