Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service and sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with MS Office, CRM, and Yardi
• Ability to contribute positively to the team and company culture
• An eye for detail and is proactive & deadline-driven.
• Availability to work Saturdays is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Always provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a positive light.
• Show available units and effectively highlight key selling points and amenities.
• Process rental applications and explain lease terms, property policies, and procedures.
• Inspect apartments before resident move-in and ensure apartments are move-in-ready.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Participate in resident social events.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Willingness to grow and improve skills through provided support and training.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by our Community Manager.
