WPC is seeking a Residential Leasing Agent for its luxury Solaire 8200 Dixon property in Silver Spring, Maryland. This role is crucial for driving customer interest in making WPC communities their home and retaining current residents by ensuring a great living experience. The Residential Leasing Agent will lead apartment home leasing efforts using both virtual and in-person strategies to market the community to new apartment home seekers, influencing prospective customers to become happy residents through relationship building, sales, and retention processes. This position is an important part of a larger team dedicated to ensuring residents have an exceptional experience as part of the WPC family.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in residential property management
  • Track record of building strong relationships with diverse customers
  • Strength in utilizing online marketing platforms responsibly and creatively
  • Innate ability to leverage empathy and compassion to understand a customer’s needs and what motivates their buying decisions
  • Treat everyone with kindness and respect
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Prior property management and leasing experience
  • Ability to take challenges head on
