WPC offers diversified expertise in acquisition, land use, design, development, finance, leasing, construction, and property management. The Residential Leasing Agent will be based at the luxury Solaire 8200 Dixon property in Silver Spring, Maryland. This role involves driving apartment home leasing efforts using both virtual and in-person strategies to attract new residents and ensure current residents have an exceptional experience, thereby contributing to customer retention and community satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in residential property management
- Track record of building strong relationships with diverse customers
- Strength in utilizing online marketing platforms responsibly and creatively
- Innate ability to leverage empathy and compassion to understand a customer’s needs and what motivates their buying decisions
- Treat everyone with kindness and respect
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and organizational skills
- An eye for detail
- Prior property management and leasing experience
- Warm, inclusive and service-oriented, with a strong desire to connect with people and solve problems
Responsibilities
- Drive customer interest in making the communities their home
- Retain current residents by ensuring communities are great places to live
- Drive apartment home leasing efforts by leveraging both virtual and in-person strategies to market the community to new apartment home seekers
- Influence prospective customers to become happy residents through relationship building, sales, and retention processes
- Ensure the residents of the community have an exceptional experience as part of the WPC family
