About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Residential Lead who can mentor staff, support residents, and promote excellence in daily care and programming. The King’s Daughters’ School promotes independence through educational, residential and community services for individuals with developmental disabilities, continuing a 100-year legacy of service. Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions).
• Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients.
• Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience managing challenging behaviors preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living skills and personal growth.
• Lead and coach residential staff through hands-on guidance.
• Ensure compliance with resident programs, documentation, and medication procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive residential environment.
