Residential Lawn Specialist
About The Position
TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Specialist to join their Field Operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality of services and contributing to the company's success. As a Lawn Specialist, you will be a TruGreen ambassador, responsible for building positive customer relationships and helping them enjoy their outdoor spaces. The job involves administering lawn applications, diagnosing and resolving customer issues, and recommending products and services to grow the customer base. This is a field-based role that requires working outdoors and interacting directly with customers.
Requirements
- Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.
- Must be physically located in the United States while performing this job.
- Valid driver's license
- Some positions may require appropriate state/local licensing
Responsibilities
- Administer timely lawn applications
- Diagnose and correct customer problems through service calls and other communications
- Recommend and sell products and service information to new and existing customers, resulting in growth of our customer base
- Complete production reports, new sales forms, customer invoice forms, daily vehicle inspection report, and cancel/skip notices
