About The Position

Mill Brothers Landscape Group is a second-generation, family-owned company with over 45 years of experience shaping outdoor spaces across Northern Colorado. As our residential division continues to grow, we are seeking an additional, experienced Landscape and Construction Foreman to join our team. This role supervises daily landscape installation activities, managing crews and ensuring high-end residential projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. We need a working foreman who can lead a crew, keep jobs on schedule, and represent Mill Brothers with a professional and positive attitude on site.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in residential landscape and construction. (landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, construction, low voltage lighting).
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience leading crews or managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape and construction methods, equipment used, and job site safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
  • The ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • The ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License with an insurable driving record.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to a Drug-Free Workplace

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily on-site operations for residential landscape projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Mill Brothers’ quality standards.
  • Organize and direct crew members, assigning tasks and setting clear expectations for performance and safety.
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and designers to ensure plans are followed and any changes are handled smoothly.
  • Track crew hours, material use, and progress accurately and report updates as needed.
  • Provide hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance to crew members to build skill and teamwork.
  • Identify and resolve issues on site before they become problems, maintaining a proactive approach to quality and safety.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients, subcontractors, and fellow team members.
  • Ensure all work meets company safety standards and follows best practices in the field.
  • Assist with snow removal operations during the winter months.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support company goals.
