The instructor will implement Individual Plans of Care, monitor client progress, administer medication (once certified), assist with medical appointments, and ensure clients adhere to dietary plans. Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the property and vehicle is also a key responsibility. The role demands professional conduct, participation in ongoing training, accurate financial record-keeping for petty cash and client funds, and upholding client privacy and confidentiality. Additionally, the instructor will facilitate community-based outings, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, and promote positive community relationships. Familiarity with agency policies and procedures is essential.
