Requirements

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork.
Washington state 06-A electrical license, gas fitters license, universal EPA Card (within 6 months of hire)
Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in your work.

Nice To Haves

Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-split systems, and related equipment.
Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards.
Mentor and develop apprentice installers.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the installation process.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
Work closely with the installation and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
