Residential Install Plumber
About The Position
AP Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Install Plumber for their Syracuse, NY, location. In this role, you will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in new construction and residential remodels. From rough-ins to final trim-outs, you'll work closely with team members to ensure quality, code-compliant installations that meet or exceed customer expectations. For over 30 years, AP Plumbing has worked diligently to meet the plumbing needs of homeowners and businesses in the Rochester and Syracuse communities. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential plumbing
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Responsibilities
- Install water supply lines, drain systems, and plumbing fixtures in new and remodeled residential properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications
- Perform rough-in, top-out, and final plumbing installations
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and building regulations
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other trades on-site
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
