Requirements
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing training and evolving HVAC technology
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (DMV check required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Install and replace HVAC equipment when needed
- Clearly explain repair options and provide accurate estimates to homeowners
- Educate customers on energy efficiency, system performance, and maintenance
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Mentor and support junior technicians and apprentices
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and teammates
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company policies
- Safely work in varied conditions (ladders, crawl spaces, attics; lift 50–100 lbs)
