Requirements

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Relevant HVAC licenses and certifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshooting HVAC issues and providing effective solutions
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicating recommendations clearly and professionally
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience on every visit
• Building trust with homeowners through technical expertise and professionalism
