About The Position

We are a leading residential heating, cooling, and plumbing provider in Salt Lake City, and we are expanding our team. We believe that top tier talent deserves top tier compensation. This role involves being the face of our company in the local community. Your day to day will involve driving to residential homes, diagnosing complex HVAC issues, educating the homeowner on their options, and executing repairs safely and to local codes.

Requirements

• Strong background in residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• A valid UT driver license with a good driving record
• The physical ability to work in attics, tunnels, and extreme weather
• Ability to carry heavy items up and down stairs
• A customer first mindset with the ability to explain technical problems in a way homeowners understand

Responsibilities

• Driving to residential homes
• Diagnosing complex HVAC issues
• Educating the homeowner on their options
• Executing repairs safely and to local codes
