About The Position

Bullman Heating & Air, a NearU Company, is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician. If you've spent the last five-plus years building real expertise in residential HVAC, Bullman Heating & Air Conditioning would like to talk to you, and we’re offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 to make it official. You're a seasoned professional with five or more years of hands-on HVAC service experience, and you carry that expertise with confidence. You lead with people skills. Requirements

5+ years of experience in residential HVAC service (heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.)
Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
EPA Certification
Ability to lift 50-100lbs. regularly
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, outdoor environments, and on ladders.
Valid driver's license with safe driving record
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
Create accurate repair estimates for customers.
Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs.
Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
Mentor and train junior technicians.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and deliver solutions that address the root cause, not just the symptom.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and members.
Build long-term trust with customers.
Participate in rotating on call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work based on the demand.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
