Requirements

Must have residential HVAC service experience
EPA certification
Clean, professional appearance required while representing the company
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
No criminal record that would prevent entering customers’ homes
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Commitment to safety, honesty, and ethical service practices

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners
Document service calls using Service Titan
Maintain a clean, safe job-site and a professional appearance at all times
Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely
Consistently meet performance expectations tied to quality, efficiency, and customer experience
