Requirements
- Experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Experience with HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC components
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment
Nice To Haves
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Strong understanding of residential heating and cooling systems
- EPA certification
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues using electrical and diagnostic tools
- Diagnose heating, cooling, and refrigeration system issues
- Educate customers on system operation, repair options, and recommendations
- Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
