About The Position
Diamondback Mechanical Group is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in the La Vernia / San Antonio area. Technicians dispatch from home and are provided with necessary equipment and training.
Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC technician or related field experience.
- Must have own hand tools, gauges, meters, leak detector, and manometer.
- A genuine desire to take care of customers and express technical info in "layman's terms."
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to pass a drug screening test.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing repairs.
- Be available for an on-call rotation.
