About The Position

Columbus Worthington Air, in partnership with ARS, is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to join their team. ARS is the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, with over 7,000 employees and 45+ years of industry leadership, offering long-term stability and growth. This full-time, year-round position offers a 4-day work week with a rotation schedule and guaranteed 40 hours through August. Technicians have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually.

Requirements

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC Service systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards
