This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and customer service skills, as you’ll be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC systems while providing a top-tier experience for homeowners.

Requirements

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers
Clean and Clear Background Screening

Nice To Haves

Experience with a wide range of HVAC systems and brands
Customer Service Experience
Sales experience in a service environment

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation)
Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and pricing
Provide recommendations for system improvements, repairs, or replacements
Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
