Requirements
- Minimum of 2 (two) years of residential HVAC service leadership experience and 5 (five) years of residential HVAC service technician experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, service procedures, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

- ServiceTitan experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC Service technicians.
- Oversee daily service schedules to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards.
- Review and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve team performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews on complex jobs.
- Collaborate with the sales, dispatch, warehouse, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and regular coaching sessions to support employee growth.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new HVAC service team members as needed.
