About The Position

Residential HVAC Service Manager As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department while driving revenue through service excellence, maintenance programs, and lead setting. Position Overview The HVAC Service Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing day‑to‑day service operations while partnering with technicians and sales teams to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a strong leader with both technical HVAC expertise and a sales‑minded approach . Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC service operations experience , including service sales
  • EPA certification required
  • Must live in the Twin Falls/Pocatello/Blackfoot/Idaho Falls region or be willing to relocate
