As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department while driving revenue through service excellence, maintenance programs, and lead setting. Position Overview The HVAC Service Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing day‑to-day service operations while partnering with technicians and sales teams to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a strong leader with both technical HVAC expertise and a sales‑minded approach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HVAC service operations experience, including service sales
  • EPA certification required
  • Must live in the Twin Falls/Pocatello/Blackfoot/Idaho Falls region or be willing to relocate
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams
  • Sales acumen with a track record of driving revenue and hitting targets
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
  • Proficiency with service management software and standard office tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman preferred, but not required
  • EPA certification preferred; commitment to ongoing education encouraged

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including technicians and support staff
  • Drive revenue growth through service agreements, maintenance plans, and lead setting
  • Develop and execute service and sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Support, coach, and mentor service technicians to improve performance and consistency
  • Oversee scheduling and dispatch to ensure efficient, timely service delivery
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics and solutions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, processes, and customer experience
