About The Position

This role involves leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and code compliance. The Lead Installer will work closely with other installers and apprentices, maintain efficiency and safety, and represent the company professionally in customers' homes. Requirements
- 2 years experience as a Residential HVAC Installer (required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and installation knowledge
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset

- Leadership potential or prior lead experience preferred
