The Residential HVAC Lead Install Technician is responsible for replacing, modifying, and installing warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, and related piping and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer recommendations and local codes. This role involves starting up installed equipment and adjusting it to specifications, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during installation to ensure proper functionality. The technician will also communicate with customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance, complete all necessary documentation including startup records, obtain client signatures, and collect payments as directed.
