Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join their Rochester, NY Team. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Installer. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
2-5+ years of HVAC experience
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Technical knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Customer focused
Problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10-hour Certificate preferred
EPA Universal Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Perform installation of residential HVAC, including Water heaters, PV Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Dryer Vents, and Dehumidifiers.
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
Develop basic knowledge of residential and mechanical piping and ductwork.
Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean, safe, and up to high standards before departure.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
