We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate has residential installation experience, strong technical aptitude, and a willingness to grow within a fast-paced service environment. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 year's recent Residential HVAC installation experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift equipment and work in varied environments
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Gas or propane licensing preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Oil certification and/or NORA certification considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment
- Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specifications
- Work collaboratively with service and management teams
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete installation documentation using ServiceTitan
