About The Position

The primary job function is to install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing customers with a high-quality experience and supervising the work of other installers while encouraging high quality and timely job performance.

Requirements

  • All Level 1 and 2 qualifications.
  • Level 3 tools.
  • Valid EPA certification for Level 1 and 2.
  • Universal refrigeration license.
  • Proficient in installing both round and rectangular duct.
  • Proficient in measuring ductwork.
  • Proficient in installing equipment accessories.
  • Basic understanding of complex sheet metal fittings.
  • Experience with mini-split units.
  • Ability to complete simple low-voltage connections on HVAC systems.
  • Strong customer relations skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to complete paperwork and change orders.
  • Testing line sets during start-ups.
  • Setting pressures during start-ups.
  • Supervising and training others.
