Requirements

No formal experience necessary.
Need to be able to use handtools effectively.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
Punctuality and professionalism are essential.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Self-motivated, honest, ethical, and strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
High school or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

Install/replace HVAC equipment, including but not limited to ductwork, thermostats, attic and/or vertical splits.
Communicate with team members, read plans, and perform other related duties.
Comply with company and industry safety standards.
Participate in company-provided trainings.
Must be able to read and use a tape measure.
Must be comfortable setting up and working on ladders.
Work at heights, in attics, under homes, and small areas such as crawl spaces.
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions.
Lift up to 100lbs.
