Residential HVAC Installer
About The Position
LePrevost Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer for their Lee, MA, location. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. THIS POSITION WOULD BE IDEAL FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC, A PASSION FOR DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND A DESIRE TO CONTRIBUTE TO A GROWING COMPANY WITH A POSITIVE WORKPLACE CULTURE. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential HVAC systems
- EPA – Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns.
- Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
