We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean installs, enjoys working with a solid team, and wants consistent year-round work with growth opportunities. The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing residential heating and cooling systems while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience required
- EPA Certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and technical specifications
- Experience using HVAC tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attic, crawlspace, and outdoor environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems including condensers, air handlers, furnaces, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment
- Replace existing HVAC systems and complete new installations
- Ensure all installations meet local codes and manufacturer specifications
- Test systems for proper operation and performance
- Troubleshoot installation-related issues as needed
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding the installation process
- Work collaboratively with installers, service technicians, and management
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
