Residential HVAC Installer
About The Position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Install residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining top-quality standards. Adhere to strict guidelines, ensuring all work meets or exceeds mechanical inspector requirements. Provide friendly, accurate information and home comfort options to clients. Consistently meet or exceed company productivity goals. Present invoices and collect payments per company policy. Complete and submit all paperwork and payments accurately and on time. Maintain a professional appearance and respect client spaces by following cleanliness policies (e.g., wearing shoe covers in homes). Keep company vehicles in excellent condition according to Fleet Management Policy. Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and service quality. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience installing residential HVAC systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and insurability through Vredevoogd’s insurance carrier.
- Ability to pass initial and random drug screenings and a comprehensive background check.
- Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in diverse conditions.
- A proactive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment.
