Residential HVAC Boiler Technicians provide expert solutions to residential customers across the Merrimack Valley. The daily routine includes diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC boiler systems and products. MillTown has provided industry-leading services for over 45 years and is on a mission to be a great place to work, serving as the go-to experts for plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical services.
Requirements
- HVAC license
- Customer service skills
- Skilled in repairing, installing, and diagnosing HVAC systems and products
- Clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential HVAC boiler systems and products.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Complete all general HVAC service calls.
- Get HVAC boiler systems running again by asking the right customer lifestyle questions.
- Meet (or exceed) revenue goals with expert service.
- Build our clientele, including new referrals and repeat business.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and inventoried.
