About The Position

The Residential Housekeeping Attendant helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment for TRMF team members. This role supports employee experience by maintaining residential spaces to high cleanliness standards, responding to resident needs, and identifying maintenance or safety concerns.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving furniture.
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
No formal education is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, hallways, laundry areas, and the pet wash station.
Dust, wipe, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces, with special attention to high-touch areas.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors based on surface type and cleaning schedule.
Prepare rooms for occupancy by changing bed linens, making beds, and organizing bedrooms.
Restock towels, toiletries, and other essential amenities as needed.
Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing, as needed.
Dispose of waste in a sanitary manner and manage recycling when applicable.
Inspect residential areas for cleanliness, safety hazards, and maintenance needs, and report issues promptly.
Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment and report shortages or damage.
Follow health and safety procedures and use environmentally responsible cleaning products when available.
Respond to resident requests promptly, professionally, and with a service-minded approach.
Complete weekly, monthly, and seasonal deep-cleaning routines to maintain sanitation standards.
Participate in workplace safety meetings and training as required.
Perform other related duties as required.
