About The Position

As a Residential Housekeeper, you play a vital role in creating a welcoming and vibrant community! You’ll work with our independent living residents, building real connections as you help maintain the comfort and cleanliness of their private apartments. Requirements

• Experience as a housekeeper in a long-term care facility or medical environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess knowledge of the appropriate skills for communicating with individuals of all ages
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 35 pounds

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
• Vacuum and mop floors, carpets, and rugs.
• Cleans residents’ rooms, recreational areas, offices, and hallways as assigned.
• Change bed linens and make beds according to established standards.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils.
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Adhere to established cleaning schedules and procedures.
