Requirements

Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
Willingness to undergo background checks and training as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
Sanitize kitchens and bathrooms to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Organize and tidy living spaces to enhance the overall aesthetic of the home.
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality assurance.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition.
