About The Position

Merry Maids is hiring Residential House Cleaning Team Members to provide professional home cleaning services and create great experiences for our customers. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in a job well done. No experience is necessary as paid training is provided.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to stay active and work efficiently throughout the day
Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a team environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs of equipment
Comfortable with physical work (bending, kneeling, standing)
Ability to work around dust, pet hair, and cleaning products
Reliable transportation to travel to job sites

Responsibilities

Clean customer homes using Merry Maids’ proven cleaning systems
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company standards
Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces including baseboards, fixtures, counters, and cabinets
Clean showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors
Vacuum carpets, stairs, furniture, and hard surface floors
Mop and detail floors, including hands-and-knees cleaning when needed
Use Merry Maids cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
Operate vacuums, microfiber cloths, and other cleaning tools
Transport supplies between office, vehicle, and customer homes
Assist with maintaining and stocking cleaning supplies
Provide friendly, professional service in customers’ homes
Build positive relationships with clients through consistency and care
Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily schedules
Maintain a professional appearance and punctuality
Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment
