About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Residential Home Evaluator position. This role is ideal for someone who dislikes desk jobs and enjoys interacting with people, meeting new clients, and exceeding sales goals. As a Residential Home Evaluator, you will survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options. This involves performing home evaluations, which may include crawling into tight spaces like attics and assessing damage. You will utilize your sales skills to offer solutions, recommend services, and clearly explain associated benefits. The role offers variety, with new people and locations each day, and requires a professional and positive attitude to ensure success in inspections and customer acquisition.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Proven Sales ability
Basic math skills

Responsibilities
