About The Position
CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Sacramento, CA to complete residential high value property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

Responsibilities
- Traveling to properties to complete high value underwriting inspections you've accepted
- A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
- Measure the exterior walls and sketch the property
- Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
- Capturing elevated roof photos on applicable jobs — the method is up to you (many vendors use a camera pole)
- Scheduling your own appointments.
- Delivering accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication
