Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in home maintenance and remodeling
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Complete set of tools for the job
Effective communication skills with clients
Capability to handle paperwork, invoices, and collect payments
Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

General maintenance and handyman repair tasks
Warranty and/or punch-out items for design-build projects
Demolition
Drywall patching, repair, and painting
Millwork and trim
Door & window installations and repairs
Investigation and repair of leaks
Small-scale remodeling projects
Adjustments to doors and cabinetry
Bathroom grouting and caulking
Basic electrical work
Basic plumbing services
Tile and grout repair
Partial kitchen and bathroom remodels
Ensuring efficient use of materials and maintaining an adequate stock of necessary equipment
