This role involves visiting customer homes to measure windows, doors, and custom glass projects, providing on-the-spot quotes, recommending appropriate products, and upselling upgrades. The ideal candidate will build trust with homeowners, leading to repeat business and referrals. The company provides a vehicle, tools, and mobile quoting software, with backend support for scheduling and administration.
Requirements
- 2+ years of residential glazing or related trade experience
- A tape measure you trust and a habit of double-checking anyway
- The confidence to talk to homeowners like people, not prospects
- A sales instinct — you know how to suggest the upgrade without being pushy
- Clean driving record and valid license
- Professional appearance and a genuine desire to grow
Nice To Haves
- Experience with quoting software or mobile estimating tools
Responsibilities
- Visiting homes to measure windows, doors, and custom glass (shower enclosures, mirrors, tabletops, and more)
- Delivering on-the-spot quotes and walking customers through their options
- Upselling upgrades and additional services when it's the right fit — and closing the deal
- Documenting jobs with before/after photos and keeping job status updated in our software
- Building the kind of trust that turns one job into a lifetime customer and a stream of referrals
