About The Position
Anchor-Ventana Glass is a fast-paced, well-established commercial and residential glass and glazing company with over 40 years of experience. We are seeking individuals interested in learning the residential side of the trade. This role involves fabricating and installing showers, mirrors, and all residential glass products according to company standards. We are one of the larger glass and glazing contractors serving major general contractors in the central Texas/Austin area and offer an attractive benefits package.
Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record and have been licensed for a minimum of 5 years.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background screening.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with fabrication and/or installation preferred, but not required.
- Previous construction experience is a plus.
- Glazing/Glass handling experience preferred, but not required.
- High School diploma/GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install and fabricate showers, mirrors, and all residential glass products in accordance with company installation standards.
