Residential General Maintenance
About The Position
We are looking for General Residential Maintenance Technicians with 2 or more trades experience. Our technicians travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day in the San Diego area. They utilize their own vehicle for work, and are reimbursed on the clock mileage at 0.725 cents per mile. We work directly with HOA communities, doing maintenance and repairs to their common areas. Our work is in the exterior areas of the communities. Some of the trades we work with include framing, drywall, painting, stucco repair, concrete work, deck work, roofing, flooring, deck waterproofing, and masonry, among others.
Requirements
- 2 or more trades experience.
- Own vehicle for work.
- Active driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
- Must participate in a background check and physical prior to employment.
