About The Position

Build Your Sales Career with a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus! Eligible new hires can earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus in three $1,000 installments at 60 days, 90 days, and six months, subject to program requirements. We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people and aren't afraid to challenge themselves. No previous sales experience? No problem. We'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, recent college graduates, and other customer-facing backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers in assigned territory and introduce them to products and services
• Build relationships within local neighborhoods and communities
• Educate customers on internet, broadband, and technology solutions
• Participate in community events and local outreach activities
• Achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records
• Partner with sales leaders and teammates to continuously improve and grow

Benefits

• Base Salary: $38,000/year + uncapped commission!
