Requirements
- Previous sales experience (required)
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- The ability to travel locally and work flexible hours, including some weekends
- Physical ability for extended driving and walking during inspections
- A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service
- The ability to work in crawl spaces and attics
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Industry licensure in accordance with state regulations (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Spend your days out in the field meeting new people, inspecting properties, and helping customers protect their homes.
- Identify pest issues and conditions that may lead to future problems.
- Clearly explain your findings.
- Offer customized service plans that meet each customer's needs.
- This role combines technical knowledge with strong people skills and is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working independently to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
