About The Position
Facilities Maintenance Specialist Location: On-Site (Delmont, PA) Position Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time Are you a skilled, hands-on troubleshooter? We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist based permanently at our Delmont site. Unlike mobile field positions, this role focuses on facility upkeep, preventive equipment care, building systems, and property improvement projects in one fixed location—no city driving required! Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in facility upkeep, building trades, or commercial property maintenance.
- Solid skills in general repair work, carpentry, and facility systems.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on ladders or lifts.
- Strong self-starter with good communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and capable of passing criminal background and drug screenings.
Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) programs on facility equipment, HVAC, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair structural elements, site fixtures, plumbing lines, and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Handle facility upgrades, including framing, drywall installation, painting, and basic masonry work.
- Maintain facility safety standards, monitor supply inventories, and respond to urgent site repairs.
