They specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and doors, operating in a high-ticket, results-driven environment with a steady flow of company-provided leads. They are seeking a Sales Manager to elevate team performance, bring structure to the sales process, and drive consistent results. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, developing talent, and stepping in to support key deals when needed. Requirements
- Experience in in-home sales or high-ticket sales (roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, etc.)
- Prior experience leading, mentoring, or developing salespeople
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Organized and process-driven mindset
- Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 sales representatives
- Support reps in the field to improve close rates and consistency
- Implement and reinforce a clear, structured sales process
- Set expectations and create accountability around performance and activity
- Track and manage key sales metrics (pipeline, close rate, revenue)
- Step in on key opportunities to support closing when needed
- Partner with leadership to drive team growth and performance
