About The Position

Experienced Residential Service Electrician | Own the Call From Start to Finish. Put Your Experience to Work and Keep Building Your Career. At Mr Sparky Electric, we’re looking for an experienced electrician who can identify the real problem, clearly explain the solution, and complete safe, professional work the right way. This is not an apprentice-level position. You’ll independently manage residential service calls from diagnosis through completion, with support from our scheduling, administrative, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• At least three years of electrical experience, including residential work.
• Confidence in independently managing and completing service calls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical testing equipment.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Valid driver’s license, basic hand tools, and the ability to meet the physical demands of residential service work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues.
• Install and service wiring, breakers, outlets, lighting, and control systems.
• Explain findings, present options, and provide accurate on-site estimates.
• Complete work according to NEC, local codes, and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and coordinate permits and inspections.
