Requirements

Strong residential knowledge — you've been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Fluent in English.
Comfortable with technology — ServiceTitan, iPads, digital invoicing.

Responsibilities

Run residential service and repair calls — including the tough ones.
Diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name.
Diagnosing and resolving issues across a range of systems.
Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns.
Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision.
Owning your numbers. You'll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals.

Benefits

Base pay ranges from $25–$50/hr.
Uncapped performance bonuses, high performers can earn $100,000–$200,000+ in total compensation.
